Bradley’s Rodrigo Martinez Cabello Selected as Fellow of Houston Young Lawyers Association Leadership Academy

Bradley is pleased to announce that Rodrigo Martinez Cabello has been selected as a Fellow of the 2023-2024 Houston Young Lawyers Association’s (HYLA) Leadership Academy.

The HYLA Leadership Academy is designed to prepare young attorneys for leadership roles in HYLA and other organizations through a service-oriented leadership training program. Members will have the chance to practice and develop their leadership skills while collaborating on a service project designed to leave a lasting impact on the Academy members as well as the local community. Fellows in the 2023-2024 Academy were selected based on several criteria, including leadership skills and abilities, achievements and accomplishments, and community and bar involvement.

Mr. Martinez is an associate in Bradley’s Houston office and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, who focuses his practice on representing companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies across multiple industries throughout the U.S. and Latin America. He frequently handles matters involving corporate structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate transactions. Mr. Martinez is licensed in Texas and in Mexico and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals while building bridges between different business cultures and legal systems when engaging in cross-border transactions.

The HYLA is a dynamic young professionals’ organization and specialty bar association comprised of attorneys who are 36 years old or under or in their first five years of practice, as well as law students. Founded in 1937, the HYLA is dedicated to helping members learn, lead, network and serve.
