Jeff Davis Elected National Board Representative of Houston ABOTA

Bradley is pleased to announce that partner Jeff Davis was elected as a National Board Representative of the Houston Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Davis, co-chair of Bradley’s Oil and Gas Law team, is a recognized trial lawyer who represents energy sector companies in complex oil and gas litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, surface and downhole tool incidents, and royalty and mineral interest disputes. He also represents clients in a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, products liability, construction, warranty, real estate, and trade secret litigation.

ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution. Founded in 1958, ABOTA is comprised of more than 7,300 lawyers and judges spread among 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
