Jason practices in the firm's Insurance and Financial Services group. His practice concentrates on representing financial institutions, mortgage companies, and insurance companies in civil litigation matters throughout the country.
Jason has represented companies involved in a wide array of state, federal, and statutory law claims. His representation includes general defense of various claims against financial institutions, mortgage companies, and insurance companies. Some of these claims involve enforcement of arbitration, foreclosure proceedings, appraisal fraud, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Jason is admitted to practice before all State and U.S. District Courts in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, and Texas.
