The case proceeded in multiple jurisdictions in parallel, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the USPTO in inter partes reexamination proceedings for three patents, and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Matters litigated included invalidity, noninfringement, and inequitable conduct. The case settled on confidential terms.
